Like Fruityoaty, I have a blog which has very little on it which went from 0 to 2, and a blog which I have really been pouring my heart and soul into went from 0 to 1. I've never dropped in PR until now. Strangely... my 'test blog' (it's just a domain I use for testing purposes... testing new WordPress themes, plugins, code, etc.)... only has 1 test post ("Hello World" garbage text) and 1 fake test comment went from PR2 to PR3 yesterday. For real. Actually, in the previous Google update, it went from PR0 to PR2. Now... PR3?! That's pretty funny. I'm thinking of closing my current domain and using this "test blog" to start fresh and get back my blogging mojo. Yeah, so Google is nuts if it's giving empty sites a PR of more than 1.
